Return to basics with a day of yoga, community and nourishing food at Riverdell. On Sunday 29 March, join Laura and a small group of like-minded people for a day centred on the foundations of yoga, simple practices, nourishing food and connection. The day will begin with a slow and steady flowing vinyasa class, with plenty of options for modifications and the opportunity to workshop poses, making this retreat ideal if you are newer to yoga or want to revisit the foundations of your practice. We will then enjoy a relaxed lunch of nourishing seasonal food. After lunch, there will be time to reflect and explore pranayama (yoga breathwork), with one or two simple practices you can take home. The day will close with a restorative yin yoga class and guided meditation, followed by afternoon tea, leaving you feeling grounded, steady and supported as the season turns inward.
