Join the FREE outdoor youth art club on the Cap Coast! Create, connect, and chill at the Yeppoon Amphitheatre. Friendly local art teachers will offer guidance and encouragement. Whether you're an experienced artist or just starting out, come along and be part of Livingstone's growing creative community. Bring along anything you're working on—sketching, crochet, watercolor, cosplay, or something completely different! Ages 12+. Every 2nd Monday, 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM.

Solo auditions for Sister Act with the Yeppoon Choral Society. Choose a 10-minute slot from 9-12. Return at 1-3 for ensemble auditions. Keep 3-5pm free for callbacks.

Please register here your place for a group ensemble/dance audition. Group audition 1-3pm at St Ursula's College Yeppoon, 26th August. A short dance sequence and ensemble song will be taught on the day - no need for prior preparations. Please note that photography/videoing of auditions may take place on the day to help with casting. Please let us know on the day if you are not comfortable with this.

The Yeppoon Choral Society and the Livingstone Shire Council are teaming up again to bring you a spectacular, family-friendly musical. This time, they're taking you to the city of Agrabah and the Cave of Wonders with Disney's Aladdin Jr. Aladdin is a kind but poor “street rat” living in the city of Agrabah. He dreams of a better life. One day, he meets Princess Jasmine, who has secretly left the palace because she wants freedom from royal rules. Meanwhile, the evil sorcerer Jafar tricks Aladdin into retrieving a magical lamp from the Cave of Wonders. Inside the lamp is the powerful Genie, who grants Aladdin three wishes. Aladdin uses his wishes to become a prince to win Jasmine’s love, but he struggles with being honest about who he really is. Jafar eventually steals the lamp and uses its power for himself, putting the kingdom in danger. In the end, Aladdin defeats Jafar, learns to be true to himself, and uses his final wish to free the Genie. Jasmine is allowed to marry for love, and the two end up together. Filled with fabulous sets and scenery, heartwarming moments and catchy songs, Aladdin Jr will take audiences on a wonderful carpet ride across deserts and cities and the power of friendship and bravery. Get ready to enjoy this marvellous show with a truly fantastic full children cast!
