The Wayward Johnsons return to St Bernard’s Hotel, Tamborine Mountain on June 13 for a huge night of live music. Join the full 8-piece band with 3-piece horn section as we play pub classics, singalongs and dancefloor favourites from the 50s to the 2000s. Featuring a mix of returning crowd favourites and fresh additions including Take On Me, Valerie, Come On Eileen, Rock the Casbah, My Sharona and more. This unique event will feature a 3 hour Haka workshop, shared meal and live musical concert
Settle in for an unforgettable afternoon in a relaxed, open-air concert experience on Tamborine Mountain, where Tim Freedman (The Whitlams) takes centre stage. Tim will be performing as a 4-piece band with rhythm section, the Whitlams' lead singer will guide you through the highlights of his nine-album catalogue with songs such as 'Blow Up the Pokies' and 'No Aphrodisiac', and into some lesser known detours, including the recent country outing, The Whitlams Black Stump album 'Kookaburra'. A Welcome to Country and dance performance by Mununjali Ngari forms part of the program, while guests enjoy a menu of local inspired dishes and sip on our signature Spirit of the Mountain cocktail at sunset. Spirit of the Mountain is deliciously presented as part of the 2026 Scenic Rim Eat Local Month.
