Motov8ing Boys is an event for boys aged 11-17 and their parents. The goal is to help them understand the power of a positive attitude, develop confidence, change destructive behavior, identify personal potential, and understand the importance of self-respect and respecting others.

These one-day birth retreats are thoughtfully designed to nourish both mind and body, while supporting you and your partner in preparing for birth. Unlike traditional birth workshops or courses, our retreats do not rely on PowerPoint presentations or lengthy lectures. Instead, they are grounded in embodiment, offering experiential practices that cultivate the skills, confidence, and connection needed for an empowered and positive birthing experience.
