A gentle 6-week circle for teen girls (14–18) to build confidence, understand their changing bodies and emotions, and learn simple tools for emotional regulation and wellbeing. This supportive small-group program is designed to help teen girls feel more grounded, connected, and confident during a key stage of emotional and physical development. Over 6 weeks, participants are guided through age-appropriate education, reflection, journaling, and gentle nervous system tools to support emotional awareness, body confidence, and resilience.
