Find the best environment events and make the most of your time in Sunshine Coast. From music to pets and more, we have the biggest event range and best discovery experience, there's something for everyone.
Sustainability is becoming essential for meeting consumer demand for ecological transparency, helping Australia to meet our national climate targets and draw business value from waste, water and energy reduction. Join Australia’s Food and Beverage Accelerator (FaBA) to learn how to adopt and implement ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) principles for your business. ESG helps in building climate resilience, identifying cost savings in manufacturing and downstream logistics, and boosting your brand’s reputation. Most importantly, it will allow you to deliver on the measures and commitments that stockists and retailers are now requiring from their supply chain.

Join us for May’s Green Drinks, hosted by Noosa Biosphere Reserve Foundation and Noosa Council, as we explore practical, local examples of regenerative agriculture and its role in building a healthier environment and food system. Hear from local leaders working on the ground and connect with others passionate about sustainability over relaxed drinks and conversation. Guest Speakers announced soon! It's free to register with nibbles provided. Purchase your own drinks at Lucio's Marina. Come along to learn, connect, and be part of Noosa’s growing sustainability community.

Homeowners & renters - Learn about free, practical tips on home energy management and cutting electricity costs, while improving household energy efficiency.

Sean Morrow from One Earth Landscaping will be back to demonstrate how to install a pond. If you want to do some planting, please bring some gloves and closed in shoes. The workshop is limited to 20 participants.
Join a climate-catastrophe-clown-show for the end of the world. Learn about the changing Australian climate and enjoy clown and acrobatics fun! Includes a hands-on learning and acrobatic workshop before the play. Connect, learn, create, and laugh in the Koal workshop!
ThinkChange brings you an opportunity to practice and improve your e-bike riding skills at our Workshop/Riding Experience. Sunshine Coast Council’s ThinkChange program, in partnership with ecoTekk Sunshine Coast, is providing this great opportunity to refresh and refine your riding skills during a guided e-bike ride through the scenic Maleny environs. ThinkChange is about empowering everyone in our community to find ways to reduce private car use, contributing to a healthier, more connected and sustainable Sunshine Coast. By partnering with organisations, community groups, and individuals, we aim to inspire meaningful changes, big and small. No matter where you live, you can play a part in reducing car dependence and get involved with ThinkChange. Together, we can help create a greener, more connected Sunshine Coast. E-Bikes are sponsored by ThinkChange and Sunshine Coast Council, and provided by ecoTekk Sunshine Coast. This event is two hours long. We will start with bike setup, safety orientation talk, and a brief skills workshop, followed by a great scenic ride. A refreshment break is scheduled midway through the tour.

Help us keep our waterways safe for people and planet! Over the course of 2026, ECOllaboration, in partnership with Ten Little Pieces, is hosting four big days of beach clean ups at various Maroochy River Mouth sites to reduce litter and marine debris across one of the Sunshine Coast’s most popular and heavily recreationally trafficked coastal zones. Protecting the Maroochy River Mouth is critical because it has incredibly high environmental and economic value, containing diverse aquatic ecosystems, holding cultural significance to traditional owners, supplying key drinking water sources and supporting recreational tourism. In addition to creating cleaner beaches, we will also be collecting data on the types and quantities of rubbish collected. This dataset will be submitted to the Australian Marine Database Initiative which creates new plans and strategies to help prevent litter entering waterways at identified source points. Join us at the popular dog beach at Mudjimba, North Shore on Sunday 26th of July 7.30-9.00 am. All rubbish collecting and safety equipment will be provided. Stick around for a free morning tea afterwards!
