Relax and deepen your connection with nature. Join this guided forest bathing walk through the rainforest alongside the Obi Obi Creek, at the Baroon Pocket end of Kondalilla National Park. This walk includes: Orientation to place, acknowledgement of country and sensory grounding, ANFT, Fresh herbal tea ritual. Forest bathing draws on a sequence of evidence-based activities to support us to slow down, become more present and comfortable outside and explore or deepen your own relationship with nature. We'll wander, share, sit and get to know the beings that call this place home in a group of up to 7 people (ages 7+ welcome).
