Escape the stress and busyness of life and discover the peace of meditation for yourself. Be guided to cultivate greater inner peace and a more positive perspective on life through practical Buddhist teachings and meditations. In between sessions, enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the company of like-minded people. Retreat Topic: The Art of Forgiveness. Do you find yourself replaying painful memories? Wanting to move on but not quite knowing how? You're not alone. Many of us carry the weight of past hurts—not because we want to hold onto them, but because we haven't found a way to genuinely let them go. Buddhist wisdom offers a path to forgiveness that can free us from these painful experiences and help us live with greater peace and joy. Join us for this weekend retreat with Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Ani, gain insights into the real causes of your pain and practical ways to ease it. You'll discover how to cultivate a mindset that leads not only to forgiveness, but eventually to compassion—even for those who have hurt you.
