What's On in Balmoral Ridge

Join us for an intimate Sunday afternoon of extraordinary live music with GOSTI. Gosti is a world music trio featuring three master musicians: Tunji Beier (South Indian percussion), Philip Griffin (oud, laouto, rabab, bass guitar), and Linsey Pollak (self-designed wind instruments). Their music is composed of original works, many influenced by traditional Macedonian forms, with a rich focus on complex rhythms and non-Western modes. Each musician contributes a vast palette of sounds, styles, and emotional textures, weaving together performances that are both intricate and deeply expressive. BYO drinks and something comfortable to sit on (timber-floor-friendly chair or cushion). Chai and soup will be available afterwards for those who’d like to stay and connect.
