Tableland Regional Gallery and Tablelands Libraries present the Copper Art Case touring program from the National Gallery of Australia. Tableland Regional Gallery and Tablelands Libraries present a series of events for adults, young people and children to experience works by First Nations artists that they can see and touch, including by Penny Evans (K/Gamilaroi), Carol McGregor (Wathaurung), Jimmy John Thaiday (Erub Mer), Aubrey Tigan (Bardi/Djawi), James Tylor (Kaurna) and Lena Yarinkura (Rembarrnga/Kune). Paper and pencils provided for optional observational drawings and written responses. Free event - bookings recommended. Ages 12-25. Age 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

This free workshop gives students the opportunity to step straight into drone technology—flying, coding, testing ideas, and seeing immediate results through play, problem solving, and creativity. Learn how drones move, how coding directs their actions, and how these devices are used: Discover key drone functions and learn safe, responsible flying practices. Build and test simple programs that control a drone’s movements. Experiment with flight patterns, challenges, and guided coding activities. Learn how drones assist real industries—from environmental monitoring to emergency response.
