Join us these Easter school holidays for a fun and creative treat at Muffin Break Tamworth. Our Cookie Decorating Workshop will be held at Shoppingworld Centre, right in front of Muffin Break, from Monday 13th April to Friday 17th April. We will be running three sessions each day at 10:00am, 11:00am and 12:00pm, with each session lasting 30 minutes. It’s the perfect way to keep little hands busy during the Easter holidays while enjoying a sweet Muffin Break treat.

Transformational Breathwork Sundays — Tamworth. Weekly 90-minute sessions. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out, or disconnected from yourself, this weekly breathwork journey offers a safe place to soften, release, and come home to your body. Each session is a trauma-sensitive, guided breathwork experience designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner reconnection. You’ll be held in a calm, inclusive environment where your pace, your body, and your boundaries are honoured.

You'll rest deeply in long-held, fully supported yoga poses, before drifting into a guided yoga nidra - a meditation done lying down - to soothe the mind, body, and spirit. This experience is perfect for anyone craving stillness, softness, and deep rest, including pregnant and postpartum mamas. You'll leave feeling clearer, softer, and more grounded. All props are provided, complimentary herbal tea and sweets, and a gifted oracle card. No experience is needed. Spaces are intentionally limited to 10 participants to create a safe, intimate, and supportive environment. A minimum of 4 attendees is needed to bring this experience to life.
Feeling the pinch at the supermarket? Join UNE Nutrition for a practical community workshop designed to make your food budget go further. Led by Associate Professor Gal Winter, the session kicks off with a talk on the simple principles of a balanced meal. You'll then see it all in action with a live cooking demo of two delicious family dinners you can make for under $20 each. You'll get to taste the results and take the recipes home. Learn to create healthy, affordable meals the whole family will love.
Informed by the latest research in suicide prevention, Wesley LifeForce training equips participants with a variety of skills such as managing suicidal crisis, understanding risk and protective factors, as well as how to recognise potential warning signs. Our programs are aimed at training individuals from all walks of life, as well as organisational groups.
The University of Newcastle will be hosting an information session for parents and carers of prospective students from the Tamworth region. We are in Tamworth supporting parents and carers of senior school students. If you have a child who is currently completing senior studies, come visit us for our Parents and Carers Info Session. Come and chat anytime between 5:30pm - 7pm, the presentation will commence at 6pm.
