Contemporary Dance fun to Emo, Rock, heavy and alternative tracks and ballads! Join a fun movement class based around your favorite emo, rock, and alternative songs. This inclusive class welcomes all levels and focuses on dance as a fun outlet for emotions and nervous system regulation. Optional performance opportunities are available throughout the year. Somatic Sensual Noir is an embodied burlesque class that explores sensuality through slow, intentional movement, presence, and nervous system awareness. This class is about feeling rather than performing, allowing sensation, emotion, and expression to emerge from within.
Fan Dance is a gentle, expressive movement class that explores flow, sensuality, and presence through somatic awareness and the use of silk props. This class invites you to move slowly and intentionally, allowing sensation, breath, and curiosity to guide your movement.
Join the fun! An expressive heels dance class set to alternative music including dark pop, industrial, rock, post-punk, and nu-metal. This class explores grounded movement, musicality, and emotional expression through choreography that values presence, intention, and personal style.
Limited spaces! 10 week term in Mount Riverview. Pilates and Deep Stretch under beautifully dimmed Moon lights or if weather and moon conditions are agreeable outside under the moon! Honour you body and your soul. This is a gentle, nourishing class designed to help you unwind, soften, and reconnect with your body at the end of the day. This session blends slow, mindful Pilates inspired movement with deep stretching and restorative shapes. We intentionally build functional strength alongside mobility and flexibility, supporting joint stability, posture, and everyday movement. The focus is on releasing tension, improving mobility, and supporting nervous system regulation without rushing or pushing. Movements are low impact, accessible, and guided with care, making the class suitable for all bodies and experience levels. Expect a calm, spacious pace with plenty of options. We move deliberately, build strength in a supportive and sustainable way, and then melt into longer stretches supported by breath. The class finishes with a restorative wind down, leaving you feeling grounded, open, and gently reset. This class is ideal if you are feeling tired, tight, overstimulated, or simply craving a softer on your nervous system way to move while still strengthening and working your body. Come as you are.
