Join me for a Spring Forest Qigong practice centred around healing, meditation, breathing and gentle movement; allowing a sense of peace, calm and balance to flow throughout the body, mind, and spirit. Spring Forest Qigong is an integrated approach designed to help you heal on all levels – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. The simple yet powerful Spring Forest Qigong movements are created by the founder Grand Master Chunyi Lin. Master Lin’s vision is to create “A healer in every home and a world without pain and suffering” It brings me great joy to spread Master Lin’s vision to the community and world as this vision aligns with me. All are welcome to join, regardless of age and ability.

Join us on Sunday 19 April for a deeply nourishing experience held under the rare alignment of Mars, Saturn, and Mercury — a time that supports clarity, stability, and aligned forward movement. Through Qigong, Energy Healing, and an immersive sound journey, you’ll be guided to soften, release, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. This is a potent opportunity to reset your energy, ground your intentions, and come back into balance. During this community evening we will be holding a beautiful sacred environment dedicated to supporting the community. We hold a judgement free zone, a safe haven for healing, conscious connection, creative expansion, and a portal for transformation and miracles to blossom.

A moment to sit & connect, a space created for honesty, made with compassion. Mama Said Circles are gentle, welcoming gatherings for anyone who calls themselves a mama. Whether you’re newly postpartum, deep in the thick of motherhood, or somewhere in between — you belong here. This is a space to slow down, breathe, and be held in community. We will sit together, share (only if you feel called), journal, ground, and simply be. There’s no fixing, no advice-giving — just real connection and space to land. Children are warmly welcome. This is a donation-based event, with contributions set between $5–$20, offered on a sliding scale so the circle remains accessible to all mamas.
