Release stress and anxiety, Heal emotional wounds, Awaken your body and spirit. By using our breath, we can shift emotional and energetic blockages that we hold within our body. It can allow our thinking minds to slow down and our emotional minds and bodies to let go of that needs to be released. This can also allow us to cultivate a greater sense of connection and a trust within ourselves - knowing that we can handle, feel, and overcome anything simply by utilising the breath.

Join us for a powerful documentary screening that tells the story of communities standing together to protect one of Australia’s most significant inland forests. In north-west NSW, farmers, First Nations leaders, nurses, nannas, runners and young activists are united against the Narrabri Gas Project, a proposal to industrialise the Pilliga with 850 coal seam gas wells. This uplifting film celebrates community resilience, collaboration, and the power of collective action, showing how people from all walks of life can come together to defend land, water and culture.
Join us for a fun cooking demonstration, exploring how whole foods can help you feel better, think better and cook with more confidence. Blending Sam’s background in clinical nutrition with her worldwide spa kitchen experience, this class unpacks the science behind simple ingredients — in a way that’s practical, approachable and genuinely delicious. Expect vibrant dishes, smart nutrition tips, generous tastings and plenty of kitchen banter along the way. Good food, good vibes — and recipes that love you back.

In a world full of noise, pressure and comparison, She's a Queen is a space where girls can pause, breathe, and tune back into themselves. Led by holistic counsellor Luisa Allan, founder of Ror The Journey and Teen Ror, this experience guides teens to tune out the external noise and reconnect with their inner voice, helping teens feel comfortable in their own skin, connect with their authentic self, and remember the power of being exactly who they are. Through a wellness session of open conversations, connection, meaningful moments and guided meditation/visualisation (NLP), girls will explore their inner voice, standing in their power, self-worth and what it means to bring forward their inner and outer beauty. The experience continues with a makeup masterclass with internationally experienced makeup artist Shaz Massey, who will share her journey and teach the girls how to create the trending 'no-makeup' makeup look, enhancing their features while celebrating what makes them unique.
