Release stress and anxiety, Heal emotional wounds, Awaken your body and spirit. By using our breath, we can shift emotional and energetic blockages that we hold within our body. It can allow our thinking minds to slow down and our emotional minds and bodies to let go of that needs to be released. This can also allow us to cultivate a greater sense of connection and a trust within ourselves - knowing that we can handle, feel, and overcome anything simply by utilising the breath.
This retreat, led by Malcolm Huxter and Lisa Brown, offers the opportunity to explore insight and serenity through meditation, gentle embodied mindful yoga, and Dharma talks. Enhance your skills, develop compassion, and free yourself from psychological suffering.

Move softly, rest deeply, and be held in sound as we gather under the energy of the Aries New Moon for an evening of gentle yoga and immersive sound healing, an invitation into stillness, renewal, and quiet inner expansion.

Join Us for Kanna & Connection! A heart-centered space to connect with yourself and others, held in a calm and restorative atmosphere. Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) is a natural plant ally known to gently ease anxiety, open the heart, and support deeper connection.

Join us in circle for an evening of sharing, connecting, releasing & sound. Leave feeling more connected with community & yourself! ✨ It can be challenging to find spaces where we can build real connections, where we are safe to cry as much as laugh, to be honoured if we share our worries, just as much as if we sit in silence Now more than ever its so important to look after ourselves and those around us BUTTT I find these spaces can often be very serious and heavy - I think this work and this connection can be fun, light and silly as well!! So if you are looking for an evening where you can laugh, connect, cry, move or just reconnect with yourself, this is the space for you! As well as sharing circle these circles involve a a mixture of tea/cacao ceremony, sound journey, journalling, somatic embodiment, meditation/visulisation, astrological insights and lots of other special moments and rituals to nourish ourselves Whether this is your first womens circle, whether you follow the lunar cycle or not, we would love for you to join us! 🌙 This will take place at Sol Method Studio, Byron Bay. Come as you are ~ tender, excited, raw, joyful ~ it's all welcome!!🌹
