SHE MOVES TEMPLE // EMBODIED MOVEMENT WORKSHOP & CEREMONIAL CACAO. Workshop Details: Movement is medicine for the body. The body has a language and way of expressing itself that can only occur through intentional movement. These workshops are for women to be able to reconnect deeply to the wisdom of their body. To learn how to hear their internal nudges, to trust them and move from those spaces. For women to connect to the flow of feminine energy, which naturally allows energy to move easily through the body. For women to feel more confident and comfortable in their own skin. To feel more alive and expressive and to learn how to take up space in the world. For women to have a space to slow down. To feel the magic of intentional movement and the power of letting go of energetic layers that build up in the body. And for women to connect and feel empowered by one another in a like-minded space. There is no dance experience necessary to attend these workshops. These spaces are about authentic expression, not about how it looks; As we learn to move from the inside out, rather than the outside in.
This 3-day immersive wellness retreat is designed for women who want to step away from daily demands and reconnect with their body, mind, and energy in a calm, supportive setting. Across the retreat, you’ll experience a thoughtfully curated blend of gentle Pilates and yoga, guided breathwork, journaling, sound healing, sauna, ice baths, and time in a magnesium pool. Special ceremonial experiences, including cacao and sound-based practices, are woven throughout the weekend to support deep rest, reflection, and connection. Chef-prepared nourishing food is provided to support energy, recovery, and enjoyment — without restriction or extremes. What makes this retreat unique is its focus on sustainable wellbeing. Rather than quick fixes, you’ll learn practical tools to regulate your nervous system, move with intention, and support your health in ways that feel realistic and supportive long after the retreat ends. Held in an intimate setting, this experience offers space to slow down, reconnect, and be supported by a small group of like-minded women. You’ll leave feeling grounded, restored, and clearer — with simple, practical strategies to carry into everyday life.
