This is a FREE class for high school students to help them feel safe, confident and competent on their bikes. Students will learn practical skills including: bike safety checks, correct riding position, route planning, road rules for bike riders, shared path etiquette, defensive, predictable riding, and safe road positioning.

Our Kids Improv Program runs over 9 weeks and focuses on building confidence, creativity, and communication skills through structured, engaging sessions.

Run in a safe, inclusive environment by our professional cycling instructors, this class is designed for 8 to 12 year olds to learn skills to cycle safely, have fun & look after their bikes.
