The spirit of Italy here at Flemington Settle in for a day of delicious food and thrilling racing in the Straight Six. Under the direction of Johnny Di Francesco, of 400 Gradi fame, enjoy world-renowned pizzas, some old favorites, and new creations, together with an expansive drinks list featuring regional wines and premium local and international beers in a relaxed atmosphere. The Straight Six is a pre-paid venue where members and their guests receive a reserved table for the day and a $75 food and beverage voucher to be used at the venue for that race day.

We’re excited to welcome Waldo from Muto Wines for a special tasting that highlights the heart of this family-run winery. Muto began as a small garage project led by Waldo, later brought to life with the help of his wife Ally and parents Connie and Chris. In 2019, the family bought their farm and converted an old shed into the winery they call home today. Today, Muto is powered by a tight-knit team: Ally brings creative and marketing flair, Connie tends the gardens and vineyard, Chris keeps everything running with his engineering know-how, and Waldo blends the wines, designs the labels, and shares their story around the country—always with Bibi & Buttons, the resident cats, keeping watch. Join us as Waldo pours a lineup of thoughtful, handcrafted wines shaped by family, creativity, and a love of the craft. From 4-6pm
