Come and learn traditional Chinese calligraphy writing with brush and ink. All skill levels are welcome. All materials provided, but you are welcome to bring your favorite brush and ink. Slow, rhythmic movements of Chinese Calligraphy help to calm the mind, while the attention needed for each brushstroke encourages mindfulness.

You’ll choose a guiding word or intention word to inspire your year ahead and explore it through paper folding and mixed media art materials. By the end, you’ll have a personal, visual “map” of your word—a mindful, playful tool to revisit throughout the year.
