In honour of Dance Week, we celebrate dance not as choreography, but as inner expression. A remembering that your body is already art. That movement can be integration. That creativity can be a quiet unfolding rather than a display. Together we will explore: What has come into bloom within me? How does my body want to express it? Can I move from sensation instead of expectation? Can movement be devotion rather than display? We begin by arriving gently, tuning into sensation, allowing the nervous system to settle. From there, the body is invited into playful exploration, subtle rhythm and organic expression. No choreography. No expectation. Just guided space to move from what is true. The practice unfolds as a movement meditation, a way to integrate what has surfaced, to celebrate creativity without performance, and to trust the body as the artist. You’re welcome exactly as you are. This space is open to all levels of movement experience. We’ll close with time for stillness, grounding and integration, sharing tea and nourishing connection as we soften the edges of the week.
