Women's Circle April 2026 - Brisbane is a gathering for women's growth and personal development, hosted by Anick Chouinard. The event aims to support women in becoming who they are meant to be, with a focus on personal growth and self-discovery.

Craving a restorative afternoon of self-care? Come enjoy an afternoon of tranquillity and soak up all the heart warming activities of an afternoon of sublime peace. A half day of “me-time” where you can step back from all your different roles and responsibilities to deeply relax, reflect and rejuvenate. The perfect way to nourish your mental, emotional & physical wellbeing. According to research, self-care enables you to be your most productive, energetic, and all-around happiest self — which in turn helps you to be more present for others. In fact “Me-time” is a non-negotiable!

Relax your body and mind while unwinding chronic muscular tension that leads to pain and discomfort. It is possible! Gentle somatic movements release involuntary muscle tension and retrain muscle memory so you change your habitual posture and movement patterns. This leads to the physical benefits of reduced chronic tension and reduced bodily discomfort or pain. It also improves balance, coordination and muscular control so you function and feel better. Slow mindful movements also lead to a sense of calm and peace within mind and body helping you to relieve tension and sleep well. You will leave feeling relaxed and released and with clarity of mind. You will come away with practical tools to take care of your body, to alleviate your own niggling pain and tension and to help you relax whenever you need to during your day.
