What's On in Waukesha

Join us for dinner at the Machine Shed and then lend your taste buds to judging our entries in the Confections Competition! Our theme this year is Rhyming Flavors and our teams will be innovating and creating confections based on this theme. The confection can be whatever best shows off the skills of the competitor and each confection will be judged on flavor, technique, and utilization of the theme. We need your tastebuds to judge these confections after you enjoy some networking and delicious food!

This year's Gala is one you won't want to miss as we honor Mayor Shawn Reilly on his last day in office, April 15, 2026. The afternoon Victorian Tea will include a light roasting of Reilly as well as a silent auction. The event benefits our beloved Waukesha County Historical Society and Museum.

We look forward to a lively discussion regarding the scope of the homelessness problem in Waukesha, its causes, and local government efforts to address the issue. Please join us for a panel discussion with Waukesha Mayor Shawn Reilly; Jim LaPaz, former Library Director and current police reserve officer; and Betty Groenewold of the SOPHIA Housing Justice Task Force. Our panelists will share their experiences and the role citizens can play in addressing this problem. We hope to see you there!
