Experience Tibetan gong vibrations for spiritual growth & deep relaxation with Mary Attwood's Kundalini yoga & quantum healing expertise. Come experience a lovely healing sound bath on Fourth and Fifth Fridays from 5:30pm-7pm. No major yoga or movement, but do come ready to be comfy laying down or seated for at least a 30 minute sound bath with the gong and crystal singing bowls. This is a spiritual class with some yogic and indigenous practices mixed into the sound healing, and those of all faiths (or no faith) are invited to participate.
