Join us for a transformational breathwork and sound session to somatically release energy blockages, heal trauma, and renew your energy. Breathwork is a tool that's been used for centuries to help people on their spiritual and healing path. Today we are able to utilize different techniques to release past trauma, energy blocks, and regulate our emotions. The breathwork that we will be doing in the emotional release session is a continuous circular breathing called CCB (Conscious Connected Breathing). This is an inhale into the belly then chest and then exhale from belly and chest. Without any pauses on your inhales or exhales but a continuous cycle, usually set at a faster pace. During this session, the facilitator helps guide you through the process of the breathwork cycle while providing support and reiki energy clearing. The breathwork is combined with a sound journey; music cultivated by the facilitator to enhance and guide you as you are breathing. The breathwork lasts 35-45 minutes, depending on the participants. And we begin and end with a short heart meditation. Come by and experience a powerful transformational experience and deepen your relationship with the sacred breath of life. Helping you gain respect, love, and understanding of the source of life that flows through you through oxygen. This breathwork helps to reset your energy, alleviate stress, anxiety, and depression.
