We are looking forward to helping you get started on the path to homeownership! Partnering with Washington State Housing Finance Commission, we help homebuyers learn how to purchase and maintain a home. Commission-sponsored homebuyer education seminars are the first step in purchasing a home. They are free and open to the public, include information about the Commission's first mortgage programs, downpayment assistance, and other loan programs; and may be accepted by other affordable housing loan programs as meeting or exceeding educational requirements.

Get your bike repaired on site at Bothell City Hall! Need help with a flat tire or squeaky brakes – on your kid’s bike or your own bike? Sharing Wheels volunteers is hosting this free mobile bike repair at Bothell City Hall. Issues mechanics can help with include (but are not limited to) flat tires, broken chains, crooked handlebars, weird sounds, and sticky brakes. Minor bike repair slots are limited to half an hour. For more major repairs, we will refer you to our shop or another local bike shop. No registration required.
