In this hands-on Mediterranean experience, we’ll explore olive oil the way it’s meant to be learned: by tasting it with food. The first half of this class focuses on the art of bread making with a deep dive into sourdough. In the second half of class, we turn our attention to olive oil - includes tastings! Focaccia is our teaching tool — rich with olive oil, golden, and perfect for showing how quality oil transforms simple ingredients. This class is about slowing down, savoring, and learning through experience — the Mediterranean way.
