Join us to learn practical tips and create a plan to keep your baby sleeping safely. You will learn how to sleep baby safely to help prevent SIDS and accidental suffocation, as well as creating a safe sleep plan for you and your baby. You will leave with practical tips, increased knowledge, and a plan to help your little one sleep safely. All participants will receive a free sleep sack, a Sleep Baby Safe board book and your own safe sleep plan.
