Get ready for a fun day of gardening tips and splashy water games to kick off spring vibes with good friends!
Join us in person to help out with a local church's food & clothes drive! The Single Marine Program is coordinating a volunteer opportunity with a local community organization that is hosting a food and clothing distribution event for families in need. Volunteers will assist with setting up tables, organizing donated items, and helping with distribution throughout the event. This is a great opportunity for Marines to engage with the local community, provide support to those in need, and represent the Marine Corps through service.
This demonstration is conducted as part of a doctoral dissertation focused on program development and evaluation. The app is designed to address gaps in suicide prevention education, mental health awareness, and self-efficacy within military-connected communities. Participant feedback will be used as demonstration results to inform evaluation and refinement of the app within the dissertation. Participation is voluntary and intended for educational and program development purposes.
