What's On in North Garden

With Chef Victoria Cosner as your guide, learn to cook Spanish Croquettes and Gambas al Ajillo, shrimp simmered in garlic and olive oil. Participants will receive a welcome glass of bubbly and venture into the kitchen for an interactive cooking demonstration. Then, they’ll break into groups to dive into hands-on cooking, working through each recipe together while sipping on Pippin Hill wine. After the lesson, guests will gather in our Tasting Room for a family-style dinner to enjoy their culinary creations alongside additional dishes prepared by our kitchen team.
