Belly Dance with Rachel is an empowering, feel-good class focused on embodiment, confidence, and celebrating your body through dance. Each class covers foundational posture, movements, combinations, and layering, with options offered so you can move at your own pace. No previous experience is needed—this class is welcoming to absolute beginners and supportive for more experienced dancers alike. Expect sweat, shimmies, laughter, and a deeper sense of connection to your body.
