Burlesque 201: Advanced Art of the Tease continues the embodiment-centered, consent-forward, trauma-informed approach of 101—while expanding into more complex choreography, layered storytelling, dynamic stage presence, and intentional group performance work. Over eight weeks, students will refine foundational movement, explore musicality, develop character embodiment, learn group choreography, and collaborate on a cohesive piece with the intention of performing at a Zen show. The emphasis remains on choice, agency, and body autonomy.
