Get inspiration, learn design basics, and how to fund your waterwise landscaping project with this introductory class! Are you looking to learn more about making your landscape more waterwise? Millcreek City has teamed up with Localscapes to present a class for residents about creating your ideal landscape. The event will be presented by Conservation staff at Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District. In this class, we'll be sharing the basics of the proven Localscapes method, introducing free local resources, and showing attendees how to take advantage of substantial rebates available to residents. Learn how to solve your landscape challenges in a way that will improve curb appeal while reducing maintenance costs and time. Space is limited and registration is required.
Join URA and Millcreek City as we collect a large variety of hard-to-recycle materials! Join the Utah Recycling Alliance in keeping hard-to-recycle items out of landfill! CHaRM stands for Collection of Hard to Recycle Materials. These pop-up events help residents repurpose and recycle materials that would otherwise be landfilled. The URA is proud to work in partnership with Millcreek City to host a CHaRM event on May 16th, from 9am to noon.
