Wondering if goats are the right fit for your family and land? Want to learn to milk dairy goats? In this hands-on class you will learn how to create a regenerative goat system, the how and why of rotationally grazing, the basics of hand milking dairy goats and then get some hands-on experience milking and processing milk. This intro course fuses an in-depth goat course with the basic ethics and design principles of Permaculture. This course is designed to give you the tools and design ideas for starting a regenerative animal system, beyond goats. Much of the knowledge can be applied to chickens, sheep, or cows.
