An intentional evening of yoga, breath, and healing. Join us in person for Aquarius Activation, an evening of movement, breath, and reflection designed to help you reset and realign during Pisces season. We’ll begin with a gentle welcome tea to arrive, connect, and settle into the space, before flowing into a guided Vinyasa/Ashtanga-inspired yoga class led by Sarah. The sequence will emphasizes the airy, expansive qualities of Aquarius (flow, circulation, and clarity), while weaving in water and sea-life inspired poses to honor Pisces season and the water-bearer’s dual nature. We’ll close with a healing circle offering space for reflection, positive affirmations, and optional sharing. Held at Spring Healing Arts Center in Old Town Spring, this workshop invites you to move, breathe, and connect—both inward and with community.
