This week the activity day girls (ages 8-11) will be making sidewalk chalk art to celebrate Independence Day.
Feeling Lucky!? Come out and participate in the Nelson Tennis Foundation's 5K & Fun Run 3/1 at 5pm on the Berry Creek Country Club Course! Check in and Registration on the Range at 4:30pm. Race at 5:00pm (2 x around for a 5K; 1 x around for a Fun Run). Advance registration: $20 for 5K; $10 for fun run; on site attendees can run for $25. First Male and Female finishers will win prizes! Wear your luckiest Leprechaun outfit! We are awarding the most festive outfit! Pot of Gold Raffles on site! Snacks and water available to runners. Food and beverages available in the main clubhouse after the race.
DOCENT LED YOUTH GROUP TOURS Tours are available daily from April 13 – May 21 for youth groups, grade levels 6 and up.
This week, we will be observing fast and testimony meeting. Members are encouraged to abstain from food & drink (if they are physically able) for 2 consecutive meals, and then donate the cost of those meals to the needy. In lieu of a normal sermon, the congregation will share their testimonies of Jesus Christ from the pulpit. All are invited to share a brief witness of Jesus Christ or their declaration of faith.
