An immersive tasting showcasing important cultivation research, conducted in collaboration with POMA and their partner farm Volcán Azul. We will try three different coffee varieties (H1, Sudan Rume and Caturra), as different methods of cultivation were involved (pruning, thinning and shading). A VERY unique experience, not seen in the industry with this level of intention!
