Unleash the joy with our Puppy Yoga class at Inner Diva Studios, a one-of-a-kind experience designed to help you relax, rejuvenate, and romp around with some lovable puppies! This special class is organized in partnership with Heart of Texas Lab Rescue, and all proceeds will go towards supporting their mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome Labrador Retrievers in need throughout the Texas area. In our Puppy Yoga class, you’ll participate in a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga session while adorable Lab puppies wander around, play, and might even join you on your mat! The playful atmosphere provides a perfect balance of exercise and affection, creating a truly joyful and therapeutic experience.
