Love hurts… but this show feels so good. Join us for LOVE BITES, an anti-Valentine’s burlesque celebration. Expect seductive storytelling, dramatic flair, and the raw, empowered energy Inner Diva is known for. Our students take the stage with themed acts that explore love, lust, heartbreak, and everything in between. This is not a sweet Valentine’s show…

Get ready to cringe, laugh, and cry while total strangers share embarrassing artifacts from their youth.

Come hang hard at the longest-running comedy club in Austin!!! Austin-based comedian and voice-over actor Mike MacRae began performing stand-up in 1999 and soon developed his own trademark style of blending impressions and voices into stand-up. Mike has been a part of the Master’s Showcase at the Montreal Just for Laughs Comedy Festival and has also performed at the SXSW, Moontower, and Limestone Comedy Festivals. As a regular on the nationally syndicated “Bob and Tom Show” he has toured theaters across the country as part of their All-Stars Tour. Since 2011 Mike has been a writer/performer for The Jimmy Dore Show, a political comedy show on YouTube, and has similarly contributed to Doug Loves Movies, The David Feldman Show, The Young Turks, Spotify’s “The Sketch Factor”, Rooster Teeth, and Master Pancake Theater. Mike’s sketches have been featured on HuffPo Comedy and showcased at the Austin Film Festival. As a voice-over performer, Mike’s distinctive voices and impressions have been heard on the “Let’s Be Real” on FOX, the Howard Stern Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim’s “Mike Tyson Mysteries”, Showtime’s “Our Cartoon President”, as well as scores of anime titles from ADV Films. Mike has voiced such video games as Kingdom Hearts III, Toy Story 3, Where the Water Tastes Like Wine, and he is regularly featured in the DC Universe Online and KingsIsle Entertainment.
