Alison Brazil's 'The Soul of Songwriting', led by Nashville artist/songwriter Alison Brazil, is a workshop for seniors interested in songwriting. No prior experience is needed. The workshop focuses on creating singable, soulful, and storytelling songs, inspired by songs like 'The Tracks of My Tears', 'Papa Was a Rollin’ Stone', 'Grandma’s Hands', 'You Can’t Hurry Love', and 'Midnight Train to Georgia'. The event is hosted by the Senior Activity Center of Smyrna.
