The Charleston (Summerville) stop offers VIP, Early Entry, and General Admission options, with the show kicking off at 7:00pm. If you know how to chain and single crochet but you want to learn a few more popular stitches, this class is for you. Beginner Crochet: Popular Stitches Workshop April 8: 1 pm to 3 pm As requested in our “How to make a Washcloth” crochet workshop, this is a follow-up workshop that helps you build on the basic skills of chaining and the single stitch. We’ll assume students have mastered these, and we’ll jump right into some of the most popular ones. The idea is to practice these basic stitches in preparation for learning how to read patterns and make your own larger pieces like blankets and scarves.

Come spin and shape clay on the wheel—perfect for beginners aged 12 and up! Immerse yourself in the art of wheel throwing. Our instructor will guide you through techniques in creating successful pottery pieces. Suitable for beginners and those looking to refine their skills. Wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting clay on (it doesn't stain!). Short sleeve shirts and short nails recommended but not required. You will be able to chose your glaze and pick up your finished piece in 2-3 weeks. This course covers wheel safety, wedging, throwing, and clean up and is required prior to wheel membership at Iris & Stone unless you are a potter with at least 1 year experience.
A high-energy youth fitness competition designed to display strength, endurance, and agility. Males and females ages 5-13. All kids, ages 5-13, are welcome to compete! Space will be limited. Participants will receive a swag bag with goodies from our sponsors, t-shirt, and participation medal. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be awarded for each age division, to include cash along with other prizes! There will be 3 workouts and a floater challenge. The workouts will be announced in advance on our social media pages so the kids can train and be ready to compete.
