Join us in the Gullah/Geechee Nation in celebration of Women’s Herstory Month at “Poetically Historic!” Join us in celebration of Women’s Herstory Month as Eboni Holmes hosts “Poetically Historic” featuring the poetry of Penn School founder, Ellen Murray, Elder Carlie Towne and Queen Quet, Chieftess of the @gullahgeechee Nation. “Poetically Historic” will be held at Darrah Hall at the Reconstruction Era Historical Park on St. Helena Island, SC on March 19, 2026 at 6 pm.
