Terranova Farm is having its second annual sheep shearing event. Please join us May 21st for the shearing of our 17 sheep. Fun & Educational Afternoon at Terranova Farm: Popcorn- Animals- and a Show! Come watch Aaron Loux shear our sheep and answer all your questions about Sheep. Ashlee and Stanton Terranova will be running around like Rodeo Clowns wrangling sheep and are always happy to to answer farm life and husbandary questions. After a brief farm tour and open Ask Us Anything about our ever growing farm/ animal rescue program. The Shearing starts! (PHOTO OPS WILL BE ABOUND!) Special notes: If you fall in love with the idea of rescuing animals: We also have 4 goats that are up for adoptions and will have adoption applications at the event. Come meet the The Southern RI Conservation district reps and ask them about what they do and how they can help you on your property. Please rsvp because parking is limited! *We ask that you leave your pets at home. Our livestock guardian dogs are working dogs and will not allow other dogs on the property, this is for the safety of your dog and our livestock.
