Get a sneak peek at the glorious display of floral arrangements and specimens in the Visitors Center and throughout the Manor. This is an opportunity to see the freshly judged stems and arrangements in the manor at their best, as well as an opportunity to see the grounds at the height of Daffodil Days at a time usually closed to the public! Guests will enjoy delicious hors d’ouevres from The Kitchen at Blithewold and signature cocktails.


Create your own wooden spoon out of native hardwoods! Steve Emma has been making spoons for as long as he can remember, using found branches and reclaimed wood to create beautiful and useful pieces of art. Wood collected at Blithewold will be available, or you may bring a special piece. Please bring small wood chisels, work gloves, safety glasses, and a sense of humor! If you don’t have chisels, some will be available to borrow. No carving experience is necessary.
