The event represents rapid forward-moving energy, momentum, transformation, passion, and the untamed life force that pushes us forward when we are ready to change, grow, and become something new. Through music and movement, participants will be invited to release stuck energy and tension, drop out of the mind and into the body, move with freedom, without judgment or expectation, and access a deeper sense of power and presence.
