Join us for a joyful and peaceful Hatha (Gentle) yoga session for families of all ages and levels in the beautiful Shephard's Room at St. John's Lutheran Church in Nazareth. We've created this simple, awesome opportunity for mindfulness, bonding, learning body awareness, improving physical fitness, and teamwork. Kids & Family Yoga has an effective variety of basic poses, breathwork, guided meditation/visualizations, and activities, especially for children. Space is limited so RSVP ASAP!

Join us for a relaxed Hatha (Gentle) Yoga class for all levels in the beautiful Shephard's Room at St. John's Lutheran Church in Nazareth. In this 1-hour session expect easy and comfortable poses for all yoga experience levels, breathwork, and meditation/visualizations. Space is limited so RSVP ASAP! This is an amazing physical health and mental well-being experience. Kindly accepting at the event cash Freewill Offering-- suggested amount of $10/adult.
