HireOne and DVCCC welcome leaders from Chester County's business, government, healthcare and education sectors to discuss pay equity. Join us for breakfast to discuss pay equity and its impact on workforce growth and development. A training from the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence will explore pay disparities and offer practical, no-cost strategies employers can use to advance equity in their workplaces, followed by a panel of local leaders and experts who will discuss local data, policy developments, and real-world applications and impact of pay equity strategies. The program will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. General admission is $10.00 and 50% of ticket sales are donated to the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County. Additional donations are greatly appreciated.
