Through guided discussions, healthy coping skills, and hands-on activities, we aim to help families feel supported, understood, and empowered on their healing journey.

This beginner-friendly class will cover sewing basics like cutting fabric, stitching seams, and adding handles, all in a relaxed, social setting. Enjoy a beverage as you sew, chat, and create alongside fellow makers. Take home a finished tote bag you’ll actually use.
