The show tells the story of Tracy Turnblad, an aspiring dancer who fights for racial and gender equality in 1960s Baltimore. Songwriters in the Raw is an in-the-round concert series curated and co-hosted by Jessica Smucker & Andrew Pauls. This month's featured performers are Dave Dersham (Western Massachusetts) and Stephen Clair (Hudson Valley, New York). Doors will open at 6:30. The show will start at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $15 in advance, and $20 at the door if not sold out. The event will be held in The Sanctuary at West Art. ADA accessible, and specific needs will be accommodated. The West Art CoffeeBar is open from 7am-10pm daily, offering a full menu and various beverages.
