What began as a simple outdoor workout has evolved into a full summer experience — and this year, we’re turning up the intensity and the fun. Every session is family-friendly and thoughtfully programmed for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re brand new to fitness, a seasoned athlete, or bringing your kids along, you’ll feel welcome and supported. We offer progressions and modifications so everyone can move confidently and safely while still getting a great workout.
