The best way to teach kids about choosing healthy foods is to get them into the kitchen to prepare healthy meals together. Classes are welcoming, inclusive, encouraging discussion and questions, making learning both fun and informative. Classes are geared toward kids aged 6 months – 5 years (all family members welcome!). Recipes focus on WIC-approved foods.
