Join us for a tasty Copperz Brewing 4 Course Dinner Pairing with awesome brews and bites! Chef and Head Brewer have collaborated on different handcrafted Copperz brews to create a delightful dining experience. The menu includes a seared filet appetizer with crispy potato pancakes, chimichurri, and stout demi-glaze. The salad course features scallop frisée with seared sea scallop, frisée greens, toasted almonds, coconut, and red pepper with citrus vinaigrette. The entrée is roasted duck breast with pomegranate, roasted broccolini, and wild rice blend. The dessert is salted caramel bread pudding. Tickets are limited and can be purchased in person at Copperz Brewing for $85. Mug Club members may have additional benefits.
